We offer nationwide shipping across South Africa and aim to deliver your order safely and efficiently.

The courier service used for your order may depend on your location, package size, and delivery option selected at checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak periods, promotions, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:
PAXI: 3–7 business days (depending on selected PAXI option)
The Courier Guy & Aramex: 2–5 business days after dispatch
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including courier delays or high-volume periods.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable. Any additional charges arising from incorrect delivery information provided by the customer will be the customer’s responsibility.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message and tracking details where applicable.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we kindly ask customers to review item descriptions and sizing carefully before placing an order.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
Items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
All tags and packaging are intact
Proof of purchase is provided
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
1. Sale or clearance items
2. Accessories (including jewellery, hair accessories, and bags)
3. Intimates or bodysuits (if applicable)
Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via email or direct message within 7 days of receiving your order. Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or as store credit, depending on the situation.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will assess the matter and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
